HarvardAE has just launched our newest chapter in Zurich. Lead by alums Katrin Alberding (MBA ‘11) and Clemens Raemy (MBA ‘11) thirty two alums and friends enjoyed an evening that was all about wine and sensory design. The evening started off with a talk led by the renowned sensory specialist Dr. Hoby Wedler, followed by a blind-folded wine tasting.
Blind since birth, Hoby has learned to master all the non-visual senses, using his unique skills to become a PhD scientist, a sensory expert, a wine connoisseur, a passionate innovator, a mentor, a motivational speaker and not at least: an entrepreneur!
