Volunteering with HarvardAE is how you make a difference for Harvard entrepreneurs worldwide. Whether mentoring a founder, spearheading events for your local chapter or joining one of our global committees, we have something for you. Volunteer opportunities are open to members of HarvardAE.

Chapter Volunteers
Please contact the chapter co-chairs for volunteering with chapters. Chapters organize multiple in-person events throughout the year providing opportunity for alumni to interact and collaborate.
Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing campaigns This person will work closely with staff and volunteers to ensure that marketing campaigns align across the organization. You should be skilled in a variety of marketing and advertising methods, able to evaluate the results of various marketing campaigns, spearhead market research efforts, and coordinate initiatives across a variety of channels.
Membership Manager
HarvardAE is looking for someone to develop and execute our membership recruitment and retention program. You will oversee outreach to alumni expressing interest in HarvardAE (GNN, Welcome to Your City, etc.) as well as identify opportunities to collaborate with other Harvard entities as a way to expand membership. The Membership Manager will contribute to the overall strategy to increase membership subscriptions. Required for success: You see the value of One Harvard. Creative and intuitively recognizes opportunities for member outreach and collaboration with appropriate follow through. Ability to work independently, but also as part of multiple teams.
UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a volunteer UI/UX Designer! In this role, you will work with the tech committee to plan, implement, and optimize user experience designs and workflows across HarvardAE’s digital platforms (web, email, etc.). If you have experience conducting user research, designing and testing user workflows, and optimizing UI/UX to create smooth user journeys, please reach out.
Sponsorship Manager
HarvardAE is looking for 1-2 sponsorship managers to expand our sponsorship efforts. Prospect, cultivate, solicit and coordinate sponsorship efforts.Will help craft presentations that creatively utilizes HarvardAE’s assets to meet the goals of the potential sponsor - including fulfillment strategies. Required for success: The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage positively with HarvardAE leadership and key alumni. Interest in sales and marketing.
Graphic Designer/ Front-End Web Developer
We are looking for a volunteer Graphic Designer/Front-End Web Developer! In this role, you will work with the tech committee to streamline the look and feel of HarvardAE;s digital presence. If you have experience creating digital graphics and/or designing web pages, please reach out.
Copywriter/ Copy editor
We are looking for a volunteer Copywriter/Copyeditor to join HarvardAE’s tech committee! This role will involve brand/creative copywriting, sales & conversion copywriting, PR copywriting, and thought leadership copywriting for HarvardAE. If you have experience copywriting for a variety of digital spaces as well as strong attention to grammar and consistency of voice, please reach out.
