Q: What is an online startup bootcamp?  

Our online startup bootcamp is designed to help pre-founders and first-time founders learn the skills they need to start a successful business. The program is conducted entirely online and includes self-paced recordings for content, live office hours, and online guest speaker talks. 

Q: Who is the HarvardAE Startup Bootcamp for?  

Our online Startup Bootcamp is designed for pre-founders and first-time founders who are looking to start a business but don’t have the skills or experience they need to get started. 

Q: What are the requirements for attending the HarvardAE Startup Bootcamp?  

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, proficient in English, and committed to learning and engaging throughout the course.

Q: What are the requirements for receiving a Certificate of Completion?  

In order to earn a Certificate of Completion, participants must thoughtfully complete Modules 1-8 and exercises by the stated deadlines.

Q: What does an HarvardAE Startup Bootcamp cover?   

Our online Startup Bootcamps cover a wide range of topics, including business planning, marketing, sales, finance, legal issues, and more. 

Q: How long is the Startup Bootcamp?   

3-4 hrs per module - including live Office Hours. 1 module per week.  8 modules over 8 weeks.  

Q: Are there any live sessions?   

Yes! Modules 1 and 8 are live sessions. Plus every module has live Office Hours for student Q&A as well as a guest speaker.

Q: Is the HarvardAE Startup Bootcamp free?  

Most online startup bootcamps are not free. However, our Startup Bootcamp offers scholarships to help make the program more affordable. Contact startupbootcamp@Harvardae.org for more information.
