About KJ Jia
As Founder and CEO of OnePicce Labs, KJ is a distinguished Web3 Startup Investor with several years of experience. To date, KJ’s leadership has resulted in the investment of 20+ Web3 startups, raising $14M+ during the first phase of the Web3 incubator and spearheading the OnePiece Labs Web3 startup community in North America.
More recently, KJ was the former Head of Web3 at UpHonest Capital. Here, KJ launched the UpHonest Scout Program (USP), ultimately rendering hundreds of project sponsors and solidifying a sound venture capital community spanning the US and China.

A seasoned venture capital investor specializing in the crypto and Web3 sectors, Sky has been actively involved in fostering innovation and supporting projects that bridge the gap between Western developers and Asian investors. He participated in Hack.Summit 2024 in Hong Kong, an event organized by Hack VC, aimed at connecting global builders and enriching the Web3 ecosystem.
Sky has contributed to discussions on sustainable revenue models for crypto projects, emphasizing the importance of real customers and viable business strategies for long-term success. He has highlighted the potential of Real World Asset Finance (RWA-Fi) in attracting traditional finance liquidity into the crypto industry through asset tokenization.
