Nupur Todi is an executive coach with 18 years of experience in leadership consulting and organizational development across India, Europe, and the Americas. She is passionate about helping leaders unlock their potential through mindset shifts and new leadership practices. An ICF ACC Coach, she holds a Master’s in Human Development from Harvard University and has spoken at numerous global conferences. Nupur has led learning and development at organizations like Providence India, PwC, Aditya Birla Group, and contributed to research and publications on topics such as workplace compassion and the future of work. She is based in India and speaks English and Hindi.
Koen Gonnissen is an executive coach and partner at Mentally Fit, with over 26 years of experience helping individuals and teams unlock their potential by applying strategies from the world of top sports. He co-authored The Corporate Athlete and has worked as a mental coach for elite athletes such as Kim Clijsters, El Aynaoui, and Philippe Gilbert. Koen also collaborates with corporate clients like Microsoft, Vodafone, and Unilever, delivering keynotes and coaching leadership teams globally. He holds a Master’s degree in Classical Philology from Leuven University and lectures at top business schools including Vlerick, Nyenrode, and INSEAD. He speaks English, Dutch, French, and Spanish, and is based in Belgium.
