Designed in India. Built for the World
Indian consumer brands are no longer competing on price alone. From craft chocolate made with Indian cacao to home appliances designed around how people actually live, a new generation of founders is building premium products that can stand alongside global names.
At this HAE Founder's Salon, the founders of Manam Chocolate and EDT share how they built standout brands in categories people thought they already knew, and what it takes to earn a premium at home before taking a brand abroad.
What we'll discuss:
How design and product experience set a brand apart in everyday categories
Premiumisation: when Indian consumers will pay more, and what they expect in return
Turning consumer insight into better product and brand decisions
Building a brand story rooted in Indian craft, sourcing and culture
What Indian brands need to compete on the global stage
Who should attend:
Founders building or planning a consumer brand, D2C operators and marketers, consumer investors, and anyone curious about where India's consumer market is heading.
