Colorado’s AI Frontier: Governance, Consumer Risk, and the Future of Innovation
HAE Denver invites you to an essential discussion on Colorado’s AI regulatory landscape featuring Adam Burrows and Sam Gilman, both Harvard Law graduates and members of the Colorado Governor’s AI working group. As artificial intelligence reshapes how decisions are made across sectors, Colorado has taken a pioneering step with Senate Bill 24-205: the Colorado Consumer Protections for Artificial Intelligence Act (also known as the Colorado AI Act)

Why this matters:
Enacted in 2024, SB24-205 establishes requirements for developers and deployers of “high-risk” AI systems to exercise reasonable care to prevent algorithmic discrimination and increase transparency about how their systems operate.

Join Harvard Law alumni Adam Burrows and Sam Gilman for a deep dive into Colorado’s AI law and its multi-stakeholder implications.

Space is limited, so register today!
