About Helen Reeves

A corporate and securities partner in Gunderson Dettmer’s New York office, Helen represents dynamic and diverse emerging companies as they scale, including venture capital transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other operational and strategic business issues. She has significant experience representing technology companies in several sectors including artificial intelligence, femtech, digital media and e-commerce, providing both strategic and transactional advice on their most important needs domestically and internationally. Helen is a co-chair of the Jurisprudence subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee.

About Rosie Stein

A partner at Gunderson Dettmer in the Licensing, Strategic Partnering and Commercial Transactions group, Rosie specializes in corporate partnering, strategic alliances, technology protection, and licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets, as well as transactional IP issues related to our clients’ financing and M&A activities. She has represented start-up/emerging growth companies in numerous sectors, including software and SaaS, mobile and tablet applications, ad tech, media, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, e-commerce, and educational technology. She assists clients with website and application terms and conditions and privacy policies, privacy practices and compliance, license agreements, support and maintenance agreements, SaaS offerings, promotion and marketing agreements, collaboration and development agreements, distribution agreements, reseller agreements, evaluation and beta testing agreements, and a variety of other in- and out-licensing deals and services arrangements.
